RBC, 11.01.2005, Moscow 18:01:03.Springtime Holdings Limited increased its stake in the authorized capital of LUKoil from 7.6 to 10.1 percent, LUKoil reported. Earlier, LUKoil President Vaghit Alekperov declared that ConocoPhillips, which is the parent company for Springtime Holdings Limited, had increased its stake in the Russian oil company to 10 percent. As reported earlier, Springtime Holdings Limited, which represents the interests of ConocoPhillips, won the auction of 7.59 percent of the shares in LUKoil held on September 29, 2004. The price for the state stake totaled $1.988bn.
