EU energy commissioner for constructive gas relations with Russia
BRIEFLY BRUSSELS, April 30 (RIA Novosti, Alexander Shishlo) - The EU energy commissioner said Sunday the European Union and Russia should have constructive relations in the gas sphere. "I don't see any reasons to believe that we [the EU and Russia] are in the state of a new Cold War in energy," Andris Piebalgs told a Brussels conference on trans-Atlantic challenges of globalism.
